Assistant Exclusive Days Starting October 1st, 2024!

We’re excited to announce a new update to our orthodontic services that will take effect on October 1st, 2024. To enhance your experience and offer greater flexibility, we are implementing Assistant Exclusive Days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Doctor Availability: Appointments requiring Dr. Reid’s direct involvement will be scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays. This ensures that you receive the specialized care you need when Dr. Reid is available in the office.

• Assistant Exclusive Days: On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our dedicated orthodontic assistants and front desk will be in the office on these days to handle all physical appointments and scheduling that do not require Dr. Reid’s direct involvement. Whether you need adjustments, an appliance cemented or any other hands-on treatment, our team will be here to assist you.

• Virtual Access: Although Dr. Reid will not be present in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he will still be available virtually if you need to reach him with any questions or additional guidance related to your treatment.

• Same Quality Care: Rest assured, whether in-person or virtual, Dr. Reid will provide the same high-quality care and attention to detail that you have come to expect from our practice.

We believe this new arrangement will offer you greater flexibility and convenience while maintaining the high level of care you’ve come to expect from our practice.
